**Top Recommendation: Color Retention Service & Refurbishment Service**

To ensure your jewelry maintains its beauty in your favorite condition, we provide electroplating maintenance and jewelry refurbishment services because we care about your love for our products.

**Color Retention Warranty Service:** Valid from the date of purchase to the same date the following year, this warranty lasts for one year. It includes one color retention maintenance. Gold tier members enjoy an extended warranty period of an additional 6 months.

1. Jewelry items featuring pearls, semi-precious stones, or made of exotic materials or subjected to other processing are excluded from the color retention warranty due to potential material damage or haziness caused by electroplating processes.
2. Purchases made during special promotional events (discounted prices, additional purchase offers, or items priced at 60% off or less) are not covered by the warranty and may require evaluation for paid repairs.
